Sheep Blood Agar / Chocolate Agar

Sheep Blood Agar is a highly nutritious, general-purpose medium for the isolation and cultivation of non- fastidious and fastidious microorganisms from a variety of clinical and non-clinical materials. Chocolate Agar is used for the isolation and cultivation of fastidious microorganisms, particularly Haemophilus and Neisseria species.
