Schaedler Colistin Nalidixic Acid Blood (CNA) Agar

Schaedler agar with colistin and nalidixic acid is used for the selective isolation of anaerobic gram-positive cocci. The inclusion of colistin and nalidixic acid inhibits the growth of gram-negative and unwanted microorganisms.
