Sheep Blood Agar is a highly nutritious, general-purpose medium for the isolation and cultivation of non- fastidious and fastidious microorganisms from a variety of clinical and non-clinical materials. Cysteine Lactose-Electrolyte Deficient (CLED) Agar is used for the isolation, enumeration and presumptive identification of microorganisms from urine.
